Every tap of the big button claims the next number in line as yours, permanently, and the Current World Count ticks up by one. Your number pops up above the button, hereby recorded forever under your account. It is not an NFT, but no two people may lay claim to the same number, making them unique in this context.

Yes. The Current World Count is live. When you see it moving and you're not touching anything, that's other people, somewhere, counting now.

Indeed, what does happen?

The award token (bottom-left, above the Settings gear) opens "My Contributions". This is a record of every number and range you've ever claimed, plus your lifetime total.

Not without deleting your account. Your claimed numbers are permanently assigned to your account as long as it is active. If you delete your account, the world count stays true - but your numbers would be linked to no account (see the Privacy Policy).

If you are offline, you can keep tapping as long as you like - the numbers will keep popping - but only the first 500 taps are saved to send. When your device reconnects, those saved taps are delivered and counted. ALERT: If the app is fully closed before the saved taps are able to send, unsent taps are discarded. The count only ever contains confirmed numbers.

A number can not be counted unless it can be attributed to an email address. This is the way we know which account counted which number. The account also holds your multi-packs. Signing in anywhere brings everything with you.

This is a way to count a swath of numbers with a single press. A +100 multi-pack claims the next one-hundred numbers sequentially all at once. There are increments of +500 and +1000 as well, and all can be purchased through the app.

When multi-packs are purchased from the store, they become available to load into the big button via the three corresponding sliders at the bottom of the main screen. If you have "x1" or more, use a slider to load a multi-pack into the button. The button now reads the amount of your loaded multi-pack. Once pressed, all those numbers are yours at once.

The slider you used to load your multi-pack will now have a U-Turn symbol on it. Slide the U-Turn disc up to unload.

Even when a multi-pack is loaded, you may swipe up a different disc to change the loaded multi-pack. The multi-packs are not used until you press the loaded big button.

Your multi-packs live in your account, not your phone - the moment a purchase goes through, it's in your inventory, and signing in anywhere brings everything with you. If one's missing, email support@counttoonebillion.com with your account email and roughly when you bought it. We'll make it right.

One-at-a-time counts are free, for everyone, forever. Optional multi-packs are available for people who want to move the count in bigger strides, or attempt to secure a specific number for their collection.

There are generous fairness limits that keep the count honest against automation, but if triggered, the app will reset incrementally. Multi-packs are never disabled, bought numbers are always loadable.

No, there are no ads. There will never be ads in this app.

Multi-packs are bought from the App Store or Google Play, not from us, so refunds go through them. Both have a report-a-problem route in your purchase history. If something went wrong on our end, email support@counttoonebillion.com and we will make it right.

Sign In > "Forgot password". We email you a 6-digit code that lets you set a new one.

In the app: Settings > Account > Delete Account. Or email us and we'll do it for you. It's permanent - the Privacy Policy has the details.

Yes. Sign in with the same account anywhere; every claim lands in your ledger.

The app treats its sounds like music, not notifications. In Settings you can find the Sound control. There is an On/Off toggle, in addition to a volume slider for controlling the overall level of the app against your phone sounds. The app remembers your settings.

None of the usual ones. The app does not ask for your camera, microphone, photos, contacts, or location. It needs a network connection, because the count is shared.
