Email support@counttoonebillion.com from the address your account uses, and state that you want the account deleted. You do not need to be signed in to make this request. Never send us your password.

What is deleted

• Your email address and your sign-in — permanently deleted.
• Any unspent multi-packs — forfeited.

What remains

The numbers you claimed stay in the worldwide ledger, but they are permanently anonymized and linked to no account. The shared count never rewinds, so the count the world reached stays true while nothing ties those numbers to you.

How long it takes

Requests are actioned within 7 days of receipt. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
